1. Basic knowledge of network and system security, including firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, and security protocols such as SSL/TLS, HTTPS, and SSH.
2. Experience in managing and securing Linux and Windows operating systems, including hardening, patch management, and log monitoring.
3. Experience in penetration testing and web application security audits, as well as an understanding of the OWASP Top Ten and how to mitigate web security risks.
4. Understanding of encryption (AES, RSA, ECC) and secure authentication techniques, such as multi-factor authentication.
5. Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure security, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and identity and access management (IAM) concepts.
6. Experience with programming or scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automating security tasks and data analysis.
7. Knowledge of industry standards and security regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
8. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to emerging security technologies.
