1. Providing pre-sales and product management support in order to assist the sales team in achieving the annual sales target.

2. To deliver & promote a company core value statement to customers & partners.

3. To provide market research & analysis, as well as product localization input & feedback.

4. To deliver a business presentation and provide POC or UAT to customers and channel partners.

5. To prepare product & solution technical as well as business competitive analysis.

6. To prepare & support solution BOM for sales and channel partners.

7. To prepare business proposals & solution documentation.

8. To provide product training and support on marketing events & activities.

1. Able to speak English well (oral and written).

2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

3. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

4. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

5. Having knowledge of TCP/IP.

6. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, (including Active Directory, Domain Service, DNS/WINS/DHCP Service, All server role & feature windows server), Backup Software and Linux advantage.

7. Experience with Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix).

8. Experience with SAN Storage and NAS Storage.

9. Having MCSA Certification.

10. Have VMware/Nutanix Certification: VCP/NCSE.

11. Have a positive attitude and good communication skill.

12. Can work in teams or individually.
