1. Analyze user requirements and design appropriate system specifications.

2. Develop, integrate, and install hardware, software, and network components that meet system requirements.

3. Conduct system testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and security.

4. Identify and resolve technical issues related to system performance, compatibility, or functionality.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Software Developers, Network Engineers, and Project Managers.

6. Document system configurations, specifications, and operational procedures.

7. Monitor and implement new technologies relevant to the industry.

8. Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders.

1. Able to speak English well (oral and written).

2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

3. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

4. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

5. Basic infrastructure knowledge.

6. Having knowledge of TCP/IP.

7. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, including Active Directory, Domain Service, DNS/WINS/DHCP Service, all server roles & features of Windows Server, backup software, and Linux.

8. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix).

9. Experience with SAN Storage and NAS Storage.

10. Having MCSA Certification.

11. VMware/Nutanix Certification: VCP/NCSE is a plus.

12. Have a positive attitude and good communication skills.

13. Can work effectively in teams or individually.
